Custom Software & Tools
A custom software development company building bespoke software around how your team actually works.
BDS Express is a shipment tracking and parcel management console that follows every order, shipment, box and parcel by barcode, so operations teams, drivers and customers always know where things are.

Courier and parcel businesses need to know exactly what is in each vehicle. When orders, shipments and parcels are tracked on paper or spreadsheets, items get mislabelled, drivers do not know what to collect, and customers call to ask where their delivery is.
We built this demo to show B2C and small-business shipping operations how a purpose-built shipment tracking system replaces that manual work.
The console models shipping the way it happens on the ground. A customer order lists the products, quantities, prices and weights. An open order converts into a shipment, which contains boxes, which contain parcels, and every level gets its own barcode.
Scanning any barcode, with a USB or Bluetooth scanner or a device camera, opens the matching record and logs the scan, giving a full trail from pickup to delivery. Admins configure the company, default origin hub, number prefixes and barcode format, and drivers see only the shipments assigned to them.
Open, on-the-way and delivered shipments, parcels in transit, weight shipped, declared value and a weekly chart.
Customer orders with products, quantities, unit prices and weights, convertible into shipments in one step.
A three-level packing hierarchy with a barcode at each level and status filters for open, on the way and closed.
Works with USB and Bluetooth scanners or the device camera, with a searchable scan history.
Admins, dispatchers, drivers and customers, each with the right access. Customers place orders; drivers get assigned shipments.
Company details, origin hub, shipment and order number prefixes, Code 128 or Code 39 barcodes and notifications.
It records every order, shipment and parcel a courier handles and updates its status as it moves, usually by scanning barcodes, so staff and customers can see where each item is.
