The challenge

Game studios mix disciplines that plan very differently: engineers think in sprints and pull requests, artists in asset pipelines, QA in builds and bug lists. Generic tools force everyone into one model, so planning ends up in spreadsheets and status meetings.

We built FlowBoard to show how a focused agile project management tool can serve a cross-discipline team without becoming as heavy as Jira.

Our solution

FlowBoard organises work into epics and sprints, with Kanban boards for daily flow and Gantt timelines for milestone planning. Sprint burndown charts and an activity stream show progress without status meetings.

The platform is multi-tenant from day one, with role-based access so studios can invite contributors and clients with the right permissions. Demo accounts let visitors try the product as any role, and sign-in supports email as well as Google and GitHub.
