The challenge
Freelancers and small agencies lose hours every week to work that is not billable: qualifying leads, writing proposals, chasing contracts, building invoices and keeping clients updated. Existing tools in this space are mostly rule-based CRMs and template libraries, so the writing and the decisions still fall on the owner.
The client wanted an AI automation SaaS that does the work rather than just storing it, without the risk of an AI sending the wrong email to a client. Trust was the core product requirement: nothing could go out, be signed or be scheduled without the user's say-so.
Our solution
We designed Kelavo around a team of specialised AI agents instead of one general chatbot. Each agent owns one part of the client lifecycle and hands its output to the next, so a lead becomes a proposal, the proposal becomes a project, and a finished project becomes an invoice and a case study.
Every agent action lands in an approval queue. The user can approve, edit or reject a draft in one click, and the agents learn the user's tone and client history over time. Around the agents we built the full SaaS foundation: marketing site, authentication, subscription billing with a free trial, dashboards, and comparison and content pages for organic acquisition.
