Who we are
DevQuester is a software development agency focused on AI-powered SaaS products, MVPs and custom business software. We are led by Dilshad Bukhari, our Founder & Lead Solutions Architect and a full-stack engineer with more than 10 years of experience building web platforms, dashboards, internal tools and data products.
We started DevQuester because too many software projects go wrong for avoidable reasons: unclear scope, slow feedback, hidden complexity and vendors who disappear after launch. Our approach is the opposite: small increments, honest communication and engineering you can trust.

Who founded DevQuester?
DevQuester was founded by Dilshad Bukhari, our Founder & Lead Solutions Architect, a full-stack engineer with more than 10 years of experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, internal tools and AI products.
How big is the DevQuester team?
We are a senior team of 8 people: solution architects, full-stack and AI engineers, React Native, front-end and WordPress developers, and a UI/UX designer. We stay small on purpose, so every client works directly with senior people.
Who will work on my project?
Every project has one accountable lead plus the specialists it needs, for example an AI engineer for LLM features or a React Native developer for a mobile app. You meet the team before work starts and talk to them directly, with no account managers in between.
Do you work with clients outside your region?
Yes. We work with startups and businesses worldwide, remotely, with overlapping working hours, weekly demos and async updates in English.
Do I own the code you write?
Yes. You own 100% of the source code, documentation and infrastructure accounts from day one, with no lock-in.
